
CardioTennis
Cardio tennis is a great way to get outside and connect with your friends or family whilst getting your heart rate up and having fun along the way!
Sean directs clients through specific match play and base fitness drills, placing an emphasis on hitting a lot of balls and maximizing calorie burn in the process.
Bookings are available for players of all standards and Sean utilizes these sessions to improve both fitness levels and technical play.
